Miell Jobline is looking for a committed and experienced professional for the position Logistics operation manager near Bicske.
Tasks:
- Managing the operational departments of logistics such as: receiving, break-out, storage, picking, value added services, consolidation, loading and packing;
- Managing the daily work of 37 people;
- Achieving the objectives set;
- Planning, organising and controlling logistics processes;
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented working environment;
- Initiating and managing efficiency improvement projects, creating an optimal company climate aimed at continuous improvement;
- Create and maintain an efficient, safe and high quality working environment;
- Actively participate in the introduction and implementation of new products and product changes.
Expectations:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject is required, Master's degree is considered an advantage;
- Minimum 3 years' experience in logistics operations management;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Strong Six Sigma skills; experience in leading Six Sigma projects;
- Proven functional leadership skills;
- Change management, from inception to implementation;
- Results oriented, working in a structured manner whilst remaining adaptable;
- Customer service orientation, interpersonal, problem solving and influencing skills;
- Ability to manage in stressful situations;
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office platform.
